Software license
A purchase grants one customer account and the usage capacity described in the offer. You may not resell, sublicense, publicly share, reverse engineer, scrape, abuse or bypass licensing and security controls.
Campaign generations and hosting
The current front-end license includes 60 managed campaign generations and capacity for 60 active hosted bridge pages. Editing, media changes, Pin re-rendering and republishing do not consume another managed generation. Optional refills add managed generation capacity to the same account.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your offers, claims, disclosures, affiliate relationships, media rights, trademarks, privacy obligations, taxes and compliance with Pinterest and every other platform you use. ClipInto does not grant rights to third-party videos, images, brands or offers.
Third-party services
AI providers, stock libraries, video platforms, licensing systems, WarriorPlus and hosting services may change, restrict or discontinue features. Their own terms apply. ClipInto may reasonably update supported providers and workflows when external services change.
Acceptable use
Do not use ClipInto for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, hateful, adult, spam, platform-manipulation or abusive activity. Access may be limited or suspended for material violations, refund, chargeback, license revocation or security risk.
No guaranteed outcome
ClipInto provides software tools. It does not promise traffic, rankings, engagement, affiliate approval, commissions, revenue or profit. Except where prohibited by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or compatible with every future third-party change.
