ClipInto respects copyright and expects users to upload, link and publish only content they are authorized to use.
Copyright complaint
Submit a copyright or DMCA-related notice through the support desk. Include your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact ClipInto URL or campaign location, a good-faith statement, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.
Response
ClipInto may remove or restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed notice. Knowingly submitting a false claim may have legal consequences.
Counter-notice
A user who believes material was removed by mistake may submit a counter-notice through the same support desk with the information required by applicable law.
